Life is stressful! Each one of us have different methods we try to help cope with the stress of life. Whether it’s going to the gym, writing in a journal, reading a book, watching a show, talking with a friend, or walking outside. These are all activities we use to distract our mind from life.

Usually I lean on friends and family or try to workout when life gets me down. Its important to remember whatever is happening is a phase of life. You’re not alone and even though we are internet buddies, you can always connect we met. Having someone around to listen is empowering and can provide a different perspective on the situation.
